All educators at Neidpath Childcare Centre are trained in or working towards an appropriate qualification in Children’s Services, including First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in relation to the current Child Protection legislation.
A Working With Children Check is conducted on all staff as required by the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 and the Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013, prior to employment and annually thereafter.

 

Miss Michelle (Nominated Supervisor)                                                                

Michelle is the Director of Neidpath Childcare Centre. Michelle has a Diploma in childrens Services. As a mother Michelle understands first hand, how stressful and overwhelming the process of selecting quality childcare can be which led her to open her own centre in early 2013, selecting team members who all embrace her principles of “love, nurture and educate” Michelle is truly proud of the high-end professional early childhood education that Neidpath offers to the busy families of our local community.

 

 

 

 

 

Miss Zakia                                                                                                   

Zakia is our Wallaby Room Leader and Centre Educational Lead at Neidpath Childcare Centre. Zakia has over 24 years of experience working in the childcare industry and has her Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Birth to Five years. Zakia’s favorite part about working within a childcare service is seeing the smiles on parents and their children’s faces when they walk into the centre every morning.

Miss Bharti

Bharti has worked within the childcare industry for your years and is currently an Educator in our Wallaby Room. Bharti has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services and is very passionate about children’s learning. she believes that children will learn effectively when they are in a fun, meaningful and stimulating learning environment. She strives to model respect, patience, and care for both children and families within the service.

 

 

 

 

Miss Natalie (Certified Supervisor)

Natalie is our Koala Room Leader at Neidpath Childcare Centre and has over 8 years experience within the Childcare industry. Natalie has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services. She believes that each child is unique with something special to offer and she loves watching them grow within themselves to be the best they can be.

Miss Harry

Harry has worked within the childcare industry for the past 6 years, she has completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and is currently an Educator in our Koala Room. Harry believes that children should have the chance to be children, to be given freedom and opportunities to learn and develop at their own pace, to be an individual and loved for it. She believes childhood is about scraped knees and clothes covered in paint, it should not be wasted, and instead be filled with happy memories.

Miss Megan

Megan is an Educator in our Koala Room and has completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education. Megan was born in Ireland moving to Sydney recently and has worked within the childcare industry for the past seven years in a variety of different roles and has experience working as a Special Needs Assistant. She believes that all children are unique and deserve the right to be themselves and explore their own interests.

Miss Paula (Certified Supervisor)

Paula is our  Joey Room Leader at Neidpath Childcare Centre and has over 12 years of experience working within the childcare industry. Paula has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services. As a Room Leader Paula strives to be the best role model she can be and teach the children the right thing to do so that one day when they are out in the real world they will look back and remember what she taught them.

Miss Sarbjeet

Sarbjeet works as an Educator in our Joey Room. Sabjeet has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services and is dedicated to the social and emotional development of each child, making sure that each child receives the best care and love that they deserve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Miss Dinie

Dinie is an Educator working across all rooms, she has worked within the Childcare Industry for the past 25 years and has completed her Certificate III in Children’s Services. During her time working within the industry she has been able to provide a calm, safe and well supervised environment for children to play, learn and develop. Dinie loves her job and believes there is nothing more fulfilling than providing quality care for children and watching them grow throughout the years.

Miss Lynette 

Lynette is our kitchen hand at Neidpath Childcare Centre, with exceptional time management Lynette’s passion shines when she is in the kitchen making sure that all our children are well fed with nutritious meals throughout the day. Lynette has completed her certificate III in Children’s Services through a Traineeship at Neidpath Childcare Centre. Lynette moved from Malaysia to Sydney 13 years ago with her family.

 

 

 

 

Miss Taryn

Taryn has worked within the Childcare Industry for the past 8 years hosting children’s birthday parties and working as an Educational Leader in a Before and After School Care Service. Taryn has completed her Diploma in School Aged Education and Care and is working towards her Diploma of Early Childhood Education. Taryn works throughout the different rooms at Neidpath Childcare Centre and in our office assisting the Director. She believes that every child is unique and different in their own way, they all deserve to feel safe, secure and supported in every aspect of their childhood.
